This is the character I'd like to play. Let me know if any detail is missing/inconsistent with the lore, or if I need to change or rewrite parts of it.
Character Name
Demetrius Umbris, but he uses "Night" with anyone.
Physical Attributes
On his thirties. Strong, fit, rugged, tall, wide shoulders. He prefers wearing armor - any kind, from leather to plate - and helmet. He prefers dead tones: black, brown, grey, etc.
Intentions in the First Province:
Exterminate corpses, aberrations, the Torment in general. He doesn't do it for a religious reasons: he just want to see all of them gone, after they got what he cared about.
Origins and backstory mentions
"The Torment... took everything I had."
Demetrius was born in a humble family of Teramer, in a small, tainted village. The Torment took his mother, and aberrations took everyone else. It wasn't even anything special: just walking, tainted corpses. Her mother's wandered around, then just got back to their home, and slaugthered his siblings in their sleep. He was an alert one, fought back, and survived. His body was strong, though, and that was both a blessing and a curse. He lived in Alexandrov: a smith took him under his wing, to raise him, and make him work metal. His strength was amazing even at the age of 8. He was hard at work, and did anything he could to help who decided to give him food. When the old man died, he decided to leave for the First Province: he had nobody else to serve, and was ready to give himself back to the Night, and reach his former family. Or the void. Not before taking with him as much abyss as possible. Not for glory, nor for morals, or altruism: just a natural instinct.
About his name
I had a name, once. My family used it every day.
Now, I don't have a family. And, as such, I don't need one. A name is a way for others to tell you apart, and forge a bond.
I have only one bond: a blood link, and it is with the Night. To the Night, one day, my soul will be given, my body swallowed whole. It doesn't matter if it's today, or tomorrow. Just call me "Night", because it's what I belong to.
About factions and parties
What? Joining a faction? I don't think so. Unless people in your faction have a relentless dedication to purging the undead, and barely sleep, I doubt it would benefit anyone. If you want to fight the Torment, you will already find me there. As long as your axe is culling the afflicted, and you can handle it, it is going to work.
About factions and parties
Useless chitchat, and delusional attitude: how can you live a normal life, while the horrors are all around you. Oh? You think we couldn't thrive without it? Well, I guess commerce is useful for the weak. I'll give up on coin for exceptionally crafted armor or weapons, if I find them. All the rest is just luxury. I'll be forging my own as soon as I get the right tools here in the Province, anyways. I trust my metal when I know how it was forged.
About his past and bonds
It doesn't matter. I won't be friends with you, no matter how much you try. Allies? If you want to cut down some filth, you of course can count on me. Just don't do anything stupid, and don't die.
About love
I forgot what it even means. If you're asking me because you need protection, just tell me where the threat is: it won't be there tomorrow. I won't spend time in chit-chat. If you want to stick with me, know that I won't allow you to slow me down, and make me lazy.
The Arrival
“State your business and make it quick, citizen; we’ve enough bodies in there to keep us busy for years without adding yours to the pile, and those VIC are stirring up problems something fierce as of late.”
"Slay the Undead. Nothing more."
When asked for his visa, he would reply: "Does paper even matter for this? Yes. I have one." He'd handle it to the guard.
The old man's last gift... he really could read into me. May my hammer hitting metal remind me of his teachings.
The visa is valid, as the man proved himself to be reliable, hard-working, and martially capable, and, as such, a good candidate for service in the Province.

Hope it works!
Hopefully, see you in game soon.
