Shield Check

Is there a way to add a second check in the shield check scripting so if you are over a certain strength but not strong enough to actually have an affective shield check against your opponent that you don't stumble. For example if you have 80 or 90 strength, you shield check something that has way more strength than you, you do not have enough strength to knock the opponent down with the check, but you have enough strength where it would not negatively impact your character with a stumble.
