Do you have any prior experience with Requiem? If so, please detail when and what characters you previously played : Yes, Gaius Bralthar, Arn Fredrik, Klaus Evrardin, Oliver Drake

Briefly summarize your prior role-playing experience :
Years playing classic RPG, and UO RP

Why do you wish to play on Requiem, and what do you expect from the shard?
I like the lore, the staff and the players.

What will your character’s name be? :

Adam Blackwell

Please briefly describe the physical attributes of your character, including age, looks, height, weight and notable features :
A man with 5”11”, with an average physical build. His skin is fair, and his blonde hair is shaven into a type of Mohawk with a full beard. His Eyes are of a very pale light blue, which combined with his serious and rustic attitude gives him a wild air about him.

Briefly state your character’s intentions for entering the First Province :
Adam was raised in Collatia, near what is known as the Angel Spire. He was born after the Torment had ravaged most of the Black Lands. He lost his whole family to famine, sword and the Torment. The boy learned fast what he needed to do to survive… Kill or be Killed. When he was 15 he finally made it to the midlands, where his calm and precise brutality made him a valuable Sellsword. After spending many years working for the Foundry, Legion and even the Church, he made himself quite rich. Adam took taste in battle and chaos, and the battle field became his home, the only place that made sense to him, the only place where the true nature of people would be revealed. But the challenges of the midland had become dull and boring, he need something new… It was when he heard news about the endeavors done at the First Province to retake the Old Capital, and he knew that it was invitation to the biggest challenge of his life. He put his Legion Church contacts for good use, and got himself a contract to work for the church in the province, and a special visa to get inside it.

You have finally arrived at your destination; the Rumbling Pass checkpoint. Before you stands a massive outpost, looking to have been erected only recently, of which is patrolled by numerous Legionnaires and Church Templar. The outpost guards the only viable entrance to the recently quarantined First Province; the home of Tor, the fallen capital of the Republic. Sitting at the foot of the massive mountain line that effectively contains the First Province within, the outpost serves as the last obstacle you must overcome before gaining entry into the quarantined territory. You and others like you assemble outside of the palisades of the outpost, awaiting the opportunity to speak your case to the presiding Legion officiant who is processing admittance to the Province.
You watch as but a scant few of the dozens that approach the officiant, whom stands at the outer gates of the outpost flanked by a few heavily armored Legionnaires, are actually allowed to pass through the man-door and into the outpost. You see some slip pieces of gold to the officiant, while others plead their cases and rationale as to why they should be allowed to enter the recently fallen territory. Some appear to provide some sort of paperwork to the officiant, whom promptly waves them through. While eavesdropping, you manage to overhear the well-rehearsed speech the officiant provides to those whom don’t provide paperwork or grease his palm.
Adam gets in line, and when his turn comes he just walks straight to the Officiant and offers his papers without uttering a single word. The officiant frowns and looks at the papers for a while, he mumbles something and then give the papers back to Adam saying: Welcome to your grave, let him pass!
Adam smiles and get back on his horse, he is finally here! Let the fun begin…
