Call UOSteam macros with in-game command

Many people make extensive use of "icons" system IG, especially mages since we get a lot of abilities and spells. Currently, it is only possible to call simple 'say' commands with the icons, which can be quite limiting.

I suggest you enable the call for UOSteam macros from ig chat (default command is -playmacro macroname if I am not mistaken). This will allow people to fully customize commands behind icons, such as whispering, yelling, adding emotes and targeting. The feature is currently disabled server-side.
