Briefly state your character’s intentions or motivations for entering the First Province:
Rumors of lost cures and hidden treasures force one-hundred to weigh the advantages of returning home. Hidden knowledge within the lost consortium district may prove invaluable and may give the consortium the advantage it needs to regain its once powerful status.

Briefly provide a pertinent detail or notable quality of your character’s history (this does not have to be exhaustive nor revealing of any information you wish to keep secret):
Born into the wilds of the Torian North woods, One-Hundred lived a simple life tending to his animal companions and land. As he grew so did his curiosity for the men and women that lived in the city nearby. Tor was something to behold, filled with interesting yet dangerous people. Before to long his curiosity and youthful impulses put him at odds with the underworld of Tor. Though One-Hundred was alone he was not without friends. Those friends urged him to seek asylum from his would be assassins and with the help of other Mages One-Hundred secretly joined the Consortium faction. Through off the record deals and cunning plots One-Hundred rose to the rank of Consortium counsel member.

As Tor fell One-Hundred helped to gather the remaining Magi and and escape to a secret location. It is here that One-Hundred has lived, studied, and planned for what is to come next
.

Briefly write an in-character response to the following scenario:

The feint glow and the sharp stench of burnt hair subsided as the effects of the portal died down around him. The Magi took a step forward and faltered, dropping to a knee as he battle the nausea rising up from his stomach. After a time he rose and began his journey forward. Soon he was before the rumbling pass checkpoint and observed the large structure that had been erected during his absence in these lands. The Magi observed the numerous Legionnaires and Church Templar making there patrols, armor gleaming in the sunlight, and felt a tinge of nostalgia ever so slightly stirring in his mind. As his thoughts wandered back to what felt like a lifetime ago he slowly shuffled along with the other desperate souls in line. Soon he stood before an officiant of some kind...

“By decree of the Venerated Church, the First Province is considered to be a mortal health hazard, and as such, is quarantined under Article Eighteen of the Republic Treatise of Health Act of 1320. Citizens who do not possess a Quarantine Visa issued by one of the recognized Factions of the Republic are considered non-essential to the reclamation of the First Province. Under Article Eighteen, non-essentials seeking entry into an official quarantine zone must petition for entry into a said zone, and state just cause for the issuing of a visa by the perimeter authority. State your business and make it good, citizen; we’ve enough bodies in there to keep us busy for months without adding yours to the pile.”

The Magi did not speak nor break stride but simply lifted a single hand. Held within his grasp was an aged Quarantine Visa. As the officiant waved him on The magi lowered his hand, a Silver ring bearing the Ouroboros symbol glittering on his finger, and walked through the gates. This was as close to home as he had been in ages and there was much work to do.
