Poison Skill Menu Closing Instead of Going Back

Whenever you open the skill menu for poisoning, click on one of the skill abilities (Poisoning Grandmastery, Acrimonious Acids, Exotic Weapon Poisoning, etc) and then click cancel it closes the menu instead of returning to the previous menu.
