Crafted shields
Crafted shields
Currently crafted shields, unless they are extraordinary which I have yet to see an EO crafted shield yet, have no procs/perks to them. I had a few exceptional shields made for me and they had nothing on them. Looted shields seem to be more worthwhile to have than crafted shields. I am suggesting to maybe put DCI onto all crafted shields to keep the crafted stuff more sought-after than the looted stuff.
