In the late hours of dusk a moderate sounding knock is heard at the door in the east of the Administrative District. A small parchment is left neatly stacked with other unopened papers in the foyer, it reads in somewhat scratchy yet familiar writing:

I wish to speak with you regarding a matter that is of vital importance regarding Aiwella Monastery as well as the required ingredients for the barrier ritual. At your earliest convenience I would request an audience with you to further discuss the topic.
