Spawn Adjustments 2/3/19

Eldra Illin - Received the ability to drop coin
Sludge Covered Swam- No longer drops silver
Aiwella Level 2 npcs- Spawn times adjusted
Enraged Alligator- Now dropped Barbed Leather
Crossroads Town- has had spawn times adjusted
Refugee Camp- They are no longer townspeople so you can train off of them...ie stealing
Gretchens....
Pirate grenadier- Xmleventchance was lowered
Portion of red mobs were changed to deadly creature with no percentage
A portion of creatures received MagicDamageAbsorb where needed
Found and removed a few special ore spawns that weren't intended on being there
