A report is left at the desk of the Captain inside Fort Prae:
Dear Captain,
Last night I came into the tavern after a long evening of work in order to have a nightcap before heading off to rest. Upon my arrival to the tavern I witnessed a lad who was sitting at the bar surrounded by a group of three men. The solo male seemed to be a bit rude and was calling the others names. The people involved included Khalkeus Renatus, Erillian Lamora, a lad by the last name of Mercer, and Sandophal.
I witnessed the former 3 attack the latter at the bar and knocked him out then proceeded to tie him up and capture him. When I inquired why they had done so they stated that he was a wanted man. I simply shook my head and left the tavern.
Do the Fort guards not have any concern for when citizens are attacked and abducted in town? This is a bit concerning from the perspective of a doctor.
Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
