Static Discharge Disable Message

Very minor, but when you disable static discharge ([togglestaticdischarge) it gives the message 'You begin using Static Discharge II' just like when you toggle it back on.

I made a similar post in the past about Wild Casting too but I think it was overlooked...

Once you turn Wild Casting on, you cannot turn it off... It is especially bad for Divine Arcana users because one, it leaves incriminating evidence on the ground that a spell has been cast and two, the fire also damages friendlies making them turn hostile...

A quick fix will be appreciated...
