Young Eyeless Bleeds - PvP knockout?

I'm pretty certain that getting knocked out by the Young Eyeless ear bleeding (shudder) gets marked as a PvP knockout, as the message says 'knocked out by myself' in party chat. As I understand it, this means the knockout timer is increased significantly (i.e. 100 seconds on second knockout).

Once the eyeless bleed you you get a sysmsg that "You have inflicted bleed..." as if you were to bleed yourself, along with the one that bleed was inflicted on you, so it's probably related.
