Basically like the metal detector wands, but for MAGICK STUFF. This would be an item you use on another player, from 1 tile range, with perhaps a lengthy enough animation etc to avoid weird exploitative abuse, and it dings if the subject being "Detectored" has moriums, spell books, or other magic juices on em. Should also be faulty sometimes and give false positives!

Adds more bodyguard/etc RP flavor. Hosting a summit meeting between leaders? Everyone gets wanded down before entering. Casino guard? Wand everyone down before entry. The possibilities are endless!

The only possibility i wouldnt want to see is mookish drive-by wandings.
