Highfield Arson: Legion accepting citizens of the north

The First Torian Legion is saddened and devastated to see the destruction of the settlement of Highfield. We are currently investigating to find out what exactly happened. But a guard of the first Torian Legion stationed at the settlement reports that the incident was in fact, arson at the hands of the former Reeve Jakell Wormwood and associates.
We would like to extend an invitation to any member of Highfield seeking refuge during these difficult times and would also like to announce that we are accepting new members into the First Torian Legion as citizens. We have many humanitarian aid efforts in the works such as rebuilding the Beach Side houses close to the Legion fort and continued efforts to aid Riverside and plans to eventually rebuild Riverside. Anyone who is interested in joining these efforts but does not find themselves to be inclined to join an army is encouraged to speak to Vance, Lucien or Vera Silvercrest.
