Evasion values not adding up

Not sure if bug or some other variable that I don't know is throwing the numbers off, but in straight math the base value that is said is added to Parry while Evasion is active, doesn't add up to the right values.
As seen the base parry is .24925 and parry .1497... yet it totals .373127 when it should be .3989. It's not major but it is a 2% variance that I can't account for
