Requiem Shard

The Precision spell (Increases a target's ability to aim for a short time) only appears to affect regular Tactics, nothing for Two-Handed Tactics. I assume this is an oversight.

I'd also be curious if it does anything other than affect those skills, there's currently no way to see current HCI if it gives a buff there.
