Punishless Platemail?

Full platemail gives my character 7 seconds of sprint. Full medium gave another character of mine 8 seconds of sprint. Doesn't seem intended?

That seems fine to me, given the other penalties and requirements associated with platemail. Definitely seems intended given the simple trend of 10 seconds unarmored, 9 seconds light, 8 seconds medium, 7 seconds heavy.
