Matteo approaches one of the tacked Hall flyers and crudely scribbles on it with a chunk of coal. He circles the word "wool" and adds a description of a bald tan man, drawing an arrow between both. Lastly, he adds a footnote of a general address in The Foundry's itinerant settlements and writes a three-digit number which he also circles. He tosses the coal bit away and pats his sooty hand onto his pants before walking away.
