Firearms Pistol and Blunderbuss Bugs

Pistol has penetration dmg listed however is the only gun out of all tested to do no penetration dmg. It's raw min/max dmg is working as listed.
Blunderbuss has a min/max firearm dmg of 30/39. When tested alongside all other guns it stood out that it's base firearm dmg did not follow the min/max listed. It is underperforming easily by 50% of it's raw dmg. Penetration dmg is working as listed.
