Requiem Shard

No creature in the game drops Venom sacs. This locks alchemy's epic level recipes as unusable until an npc is implemented to harvest this item from.

This is semi on purpose, as it's a crafting ingrediant in deadly/leathal poison. We have been discussing ways to bring these in though. Make it fair and not just access to an op I win button.
