A new vendor is in the public market behind the craft hall. Her name is Alice and she is wearing a red top and grey skirt. She is the third vendor from the left when looking at the larger booth against the fort brick wall in the west. Alice carries recipes for a thrift shop price. All uncommon recipes are 5 silver, rare recipes are 10 silver and epic recipes go for 15 silver.
