An old, disgruntled chap yells at the general direction of Market Lane, spit dribbling from his chin and onto his angry shaking fist.

"Where in seven 'Els are 'em tools!? How ye expect good honest folk ta go by with nuthin' ta work with? Eh!? Ya make 'em tools, then make 'em! Fer all that's holy 'n' sacred, ya bushwhacks! Whole lotta lackin', ya hear? Git! Get yer head outta yer asses 'n' check yer boxes! We got families, we gotta eat!"
