Boiling salty water won't impact kettle's number of uses

Even though it should consume one use from the kettle, maybe the yield of this process could be looked into:

- Boiling dirty water yields 10 sips of potable water (consumes one use);
- Boiling salty water yields one mote of salt and no water (currently consumes no uses);

It seems a little expensive to consume one use just for one bit of salt, maybe it could get the clean water as well?
