Fix for hood animation

Hello Requiem,
there's a problem with the hood animation. The frames are not always aligned properly which results in strange behaviour. The hood seems to be jumping up and down or to the sides when animations switch (e.g. when a character starts moving or stops, or when turning, etc.)
Here's one example of what I'm talking about. There's also fixed animation to show how it's supposed to look.

I have fixed this animation for a different shard before. And if you wish, I'll be happy to let you use the fixed animation here as well.

(you'll need to unzip it two times, first you'll get .tar file, then a folder with anim4.idx and anim4.mul... those files don't get patched often, happy testing).
It's possible I have still missed something. Let me know if any animation looks off.

And since we're talking about animation fixes, there's a problem with an animation of a mask in the original files from OSI.
One frame is kind of broken, both in colour and alignment.

I've remade that frame and fixed the alignment and the result can be seen in the video.
