Dhurga is in his mid twenties, Large and broad shouldered he strikes an imposing figure. He wears his burnt chestnut hair short cropped, with facial hair that seems little more than a five o'clock shadow. His skin is dark, hued red like fresh clay.
Briefly state your character’s intentions or motivations for entering the First Province:
Dhurga follows his mentor into the first province. a life debt owed to her and her people.

Born in Murandesh and growing up along the Amawrak River, Dhurga lived a simple life of hunting and foraging. Spending his time exploring along the vast stretch of river until one day his explorations led him into danger. A shipwrecked vessel had caught his attention and his curiosity drove him to investigate. The ship contained a vast number of perishable goods that manage to remain safely sealed within the barrels they were transported in. Dhurga thinking the vessel to have been abandoned made camp nearby and feasted on the exotic offerings from within. Soon though, the crew of the ship returned to find Dhurga asleep beside his bounty of stolen goods. The Sailors, foreign to these lands, took the young man as prisoner and forced him to act as a guide. Three long months he stayed in their company, enduring the brutal treatments and worse. They begin to make him lead them to hidden encampments of other natives. Forcing him to watch as they raided and sacked the camps. Before to long Dhurga could endure no more and made a play for an escape. In the night he fled through the jungles, perused by his captors. By some grace from above Dhurga happened upon a small band of travelers, clad in black with a fierce bear etched into the breast of their armors. It took them only a moment to assess the situation before blades were drawn. The fight was quick and bloody ending with his captors bleeding out into rich soil below. Dhugra's guilt at what he had done kept him from returning to the life he had known, and the debt to his liberators was enough for him to pledge himself to their cause. Taking up the Vigil in hope to redeem himself.

Dhurga had been prepared by his mentor before arriving, but the sight of it all still took his breath away. He remembered her words clearly as they played in his head. "Keep moving, don't make eye contact, act as if you belong". The words repeating in his head as he reached the Officiant desk. He attempted to stand straight in the manner in which he had been instructed and produced his papers and a generous bag of coin atop it. He paused for a brief moment and recited the words she had given him. ""Decus blesses and guides me here, I will not cause any problems to you on this or any other day." with that Dhurga stood silently awaiting the auditors commands.
