See image, some spellbooks option need recipe to make... but it seem you cannot research them... (even if they are uncommon recipe.)

I managed to get one, which was a NPC drop recipe... kinda lucky.

Don't know if it's a bug or intended though...

You've tried to research them through Artistry?
