Donation Chests

Tie access to the donation chests to newbie status and make them one-way strongboxes. I'm leery of putting anything decent in it because some players raid them like boxes of candy, but i have nice things on some characters that would benefit new players.

The very same people who do now!
Edit: In ultima online, strongboxes can have things put into them but things cannot be taken out unless you are a keyholder.
