*A letter tucked inside a thick envelope and sealed with blood red wax bearing an address to Celestine And Dragomir of the Light of the Venerated Eight is hand delivered by a de Ravin messenger who waits for a response.*
To my Sister and Brother in Decus,
It is my hope that this letter finds you as well as possible given the current circumstances.
I would like to request a meeting with the both of you at your earliest convenience. I believe there is much that we would benefit from discussing. I would prefer meeting at the Fort but am willing to meet wherever you are both most comfortable. Please let me know if you are agreeable and what date, time, and location will suffice.
