I am seeking information that will lead to the identity of one who calls themself 'Black Cat'

Should the information prove true, payment of up to 2 gold may be received depending upon the information given.

The owner of the alias 'Black Cat' is behind at least some of the more recent horse killings, perhaps all of them. I hope to bring them willing or unwilling to explain to the Deputy Auditor their cowardly actions.

Whether they are pitting unwitting people against each other, or merely killing helpless animals in pens for fun, I surely would like to know. Wouldn't you?
