32 years old. 6’ 1” handsome and physically fit.


Please provide a few short paragraphs with pertinent details or notable qualities of your character’s history. This does not have to be exhaustive nor revealing of any information you wish to keep secret:

Bastard son of a lesser noble he grew up watching his siblings train in the art of sword and bow while he was made to muck out stables and tend to the livestock. Upon reaching his 12th birthday he left to join a small mercenary organization based in his area. Here he was thrown into the thick of it as cannon fodder since he lacked real training or an education. His ability to survive quickly got him noticed by other soldiers as he was singled out by several vets for proper training when the mood struck them. 20 years and many scars later he has decided to set out once more for a greater challenge.


Briefly state your character’s intentions or motivations for entering the First Province:

Having fought hard most of his life he is ready for a greater challenge. He wants to enter the province to do his part and face the horrors that await all who enter the zone.


Scenario Response:

Kugo approaches the checkpoint after a long journey by carriage and wagon. Standing in line he has no hesitation as he looks over the others with him. Scrawny.. desperate.. Many are turned or carried away while he watches and waits. Some appear to be ex-soldiers such as himself who want to change their lives. Others appear to be trying to escape something. The line moves quickly and before he realizes it his turn has come.
He moves into position before the officiant and presents him with his credentials. Within is his visa, given to him by his employer after a long term of service. His only request upon leaving his organization. “I am Kugo Dregais. I would like to enter the Quarantine zone. Here is my visa along with other relevant information about my career and plans within the zone.” He stands waiting for the officiant to look over his documents. His eyes looking through the gate with anticipation.
