Found Nailed To The Locked Doors of Administrative Building

Humbly I request council with those that govern this forsaken Fort Praesidium. The walls of our humble fort clamor with crime and heresy. Illness and infection seems to be coming striking the innocent and faithful. We have guards with little assurances. I know the measures of importance are perhaps lost in the grand scheme of things. Though humbly I stress the importance of Fort Praesidium. The church is almost barren, the faithful almost overtaken by the faithless. Bishops humbly I cry out to hear my cries. Let not the light dwindle in this place. See fitting the appointment of governance or appoint some amongst us to fill the hollow shoes in daily matters below the concern of the ecumenical council. There has been loses and voices are being consumed by the void of darkness. May the Eight guide, protect, and preserve you.
