Alchemy Gain Bug?

My alchemy cap has been stuck at 50.7 for a few days now. I've crafted multiple types of recipes to try and get it to budge but nothing.

When I do get a gain it says this:



It isn't toggled not to gain so I'm not sure what's wrong.

You dont happen to be at skillcap are you?

Nope, I'm 193/700.

After saying 50.7 for a few times it finally increased to 50.8.

Not sure what the deal was, maybe because I used animus to bring it up to 50.7?

I'll let you know if anything changes.
