====== Types of Housing ======

<fs medium>There are two basic types of houses available to player characters: ready-to-move-in rentals and buildable structures. Even though characters can control both types of houses, certain limits are in place to ensure fair game to everyone:</fs>

  * <fs medium>Rentals are limited to **two units per account**: this means that, once two rentals are linked to any account (regardless if they're being used by the same or two different characters), the player will have to give one up in order to rent another</fs>;

  * <fs medium>Each player character is allowed **one** claim flag, making use of it as they see fit. If the player tries to double-click another claim flag for that character, the system will warn them about it and provide general whereabouts of the original flag should they wish to relinquish that one.</fs>

====== Buildable Structures ======

<fs medium>Note that every house or rented room can only contain a maximum amount of secured containers. To remove such a container, you may not use the <fc #DFB77C>"I wish to release this"</fc> command. Instead, you must say <fc #DFB77C>"I wish to unsecure this"</fc>.</fs>
