Your handiwork with the practical use of Toxins has given you keen insight on even their most minute characteristics, allowing you to harness even more potential from your lethal blends and deadly concoctions. Increases the effectiveness of every active effect a Toxin applies upon a target by a total of 15% it's original intensity, regardless of the original creator or applicator of the Toxin in question. Lowers the durability penalty applied to weapons coated with Toxins from 6% of total durability once a check is failed, to 4%.
