Description of Skill


The Polearms skill determines the overall damage dealt to targets when using a Polearm weapon in combat. Polearms skill also determines what Polearm related special weapon moves you may acquire and use in combat. Utilizing a weapon belonging to this Skill class without appropriate skill (under 70%) will result in a damage debuff. Weapon Skill Damage Modifier % = ((Weapon Skill * 0.75)-50), add an additional 5.0% bonus if Weapon Skill >=100%. Polearm weapons are unique in the fact that they have a two tile range, and possess a damage output between that of a one-handed weapon and a two-handed weapon. When engaged in battle, enemies whom enter the immediate fighting area of a Polearm user will force the Polearm user to incur a 30% HCI debuff and a 30% DCI debuff. The [combatmessages command will assist the Polearm user in understanding this system in detail.

Animus Costs




This skill can be raised 1% at a time for a cost of 2 Animus. A total investment of 200 Animus points will raise this skill to a 100% skill value.
