The Help button opens this menu. It has a variety of useful buttons.

The In-Game Help button brings up the folowing options for

• Wiki
• Forums
• Discord

Within the In-Game Help menu, you will find various ways you can get assistance in-game, such as character stuck assistance, reporting a player, and making gameplay suggestions.

Character Is Stuck - Players who are physically stuck may teleport to a Fort Praesidium. Limitations apply.

• StoryTeller - Use this is you are requesting simple in game story teller assistance.
• Page a GM - Call upon a GM when it is a critial issue in game.
• Report a Bug or Exploit - Post more information within the forums but players can also type a report.
• Make a Gameplay Suggestion - Post on the Forums but feel free to type suggestions in the window.
• Account Management - This will notify staff that you need help with an account issue.
• Other - Take advantage of the Wiki, Forums and Discord, otherwise type a request in the window.
