The magic system received a rather substantial review recently and many changes were implemented, including the number of available spells in the game. Currently, each school of magic offers 20 active spells (all of them listed below) with the addition of special spell perks related to each skill tree specifically.

While quite a number of spells were simply removed from the game for the sake of better clarity and balance, a few of them became abilities which can be purchased through the means of Animus like other skill perks. This page will focus on spell and spell-related perks only, though there are other magical perks that provide additional advantages for each magical school.
