Sustaining Injuries
Injuries are obtained in-game from being knocked out repeatedly from enemies, Red-Named Enemies, or by players who knock you out and use the [wound command. These can heal on their own, or be treated by a player or NPC using the Allopathy Skill.
NPC Doctors are available to players in the Fort Praesidium Hospital and Bright Lantern. These NPC’s are meant to provide Allopathy services to help times of low population without competing with PC Doctors:
- NPCs Titled, “Trained Physician” - Expensive, Have Expedient Recovery I, but a 100% success chance
- NPCs Titled, Titled “Street Doctors” - Cheap, Have Expedient Recovery III, but a 50% chance of botching the Injury
It is up to the player to research and learn the proper treatments by way of player interaction, world events, and NPC Injured.
Minor Injuries
Minor Injuries are sustained from being knocked out repeatedly from enemies, Red-Named Enemies, staff events, or by players who knock you out and use the [wound command.
Untreated they will take anywhere from 3 days to 1 week to heal on their own depending on severity. Upon successful treatment by a doctor using the Allopathy Skill skill, that healing time will be reduced to between 3 hours to 30 minutes depending on the Doctors Expedient Recovery perk investments within the Allopathy skill.

Major Injuries
Major Injuries are sustained through consequences from your actions via staff events, or by other Players in PvP conflict. These are meant to seriously debilitate your character to remove them from a conflict without permadeath, or suffer for their roleplay actions.
Untreated they will take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to heal on their own. Upon successful treatment by a doctor using the Allopathy Skill skill, that healing time will be reduced to between 72 hours to 24 hours depending on the Doctors Expedient Recovery perk investments within the Allopathy skill.
TIP: With the exception of Dysentery, all other Major Injuries currently use one of these Tier III Drugs in their pain management procedures; Albensol, Lidogine, Lovavid, Inconcessus, Methobinol. These drugs are located in the Psyche Medicine section of the Medical Bag.
